Please make sure you have the latest version of the zooplus app installed. You can also try reinstalling the app. 


If these actions do not resolve the error, it would help us greatly if you would send us a screenshot of the error message and any details about when the error occurred, which page you were on and what you were trying to do when you received the message.  

 

We also need to know the following: 

  • operating system (Android/iOS) and version number 
  • version number of the used zooplus app
