If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, our delivery partner will leave your order in the nominated safe place or with a neighbour. The driver will leave a card stating where your parcel has been left. 

If you have not nominated a safe place, or it is not possible to leave your parcel with a neighbour, delivery will be re-attempted, normally on the next working day.
