We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed using any payment methods other than bank transfer are forwarded to our warehouse for processing almost immediately, once payment has been verified. Even over the weekend! Therefore, no modifications to your order are possible, even if it has not yet been dispatched.
Please contact our Customer Service team to see if an order cancellation is possible. We will do our best to help, however, cancellation at that stage cannot be guaranteed.
If there is an error in your delivery address, you may be able to rearrange delivery to a different address through the courier's website, once the parcel is on its way to you.
If you have used the pre-payment method and have not yet authorised payment, we are normally able to make some adjustments to your order. Please contact our Customer Service team to see whether your order details can be changed.
Once your order has been placed, we cannot adjust or modify the following:
- Apply a coupon code or a voucher retroactively
- Add or remove an item from the Rewards shop
- Change the billing address
