You can check the delivery status of your order at any time either by clicking on the link in the dispatch notification email or by going to the delivery partner's site and entering the tracking ID. You can find the tracking ID in the parcel dispatch email.
Alternatively, you can see the status of your order at any time by logging in to "my zooplus" or by contacting our Customer Care team.
Please note:
Once you have received the parcel dispatch notification, it can take a while before the delivery service tracking information is updated.
