There are many reasons why a credit card/debit card payment can fail, here are some common ones: 

  • You have entered incorrect credit card number, expiration date or CVV code
  • Your card was declined for insufficient funds 
  • Your card reached the maximum number of charges allowed in a period

 

If your credit card/debit card payment fails, your order will be created, put on hold for 7 days and then cancelled automatically if payment has not been received. 


Please check your card details and then retry the payment with the same card or add a new card. 

 

The option to retry the payment will appear within several minutes in "my zooplus" account under "Orders". To see the option, click Order details first. We will also send you a payment reminder by email with a link to retry the payment.
