If you have not received all of your ordered goods, check first how many parcels were expected to be delivered in the order dispatch notification. Often multiple parcels of an order are not delivered at the same day.

If you have received all expected parcel(s) and you are still missing any goods, please contact our Service team via the contact form.

You will need:

  • your order / customer number
  • the reason for your claim
  • the article number of the missing item & the quantity
  • if you have received any different goods instead of the ordered ones & if so, which item have you received and how often
