Alternately you can review the status of your order at any time by logging into my zooplus or by contacting our customer service team.

Please note: after you receive our parcel dispatch confirmation, it can take some time before the Track & Trace information from the delivery service is available. In these cases, your parcel is packed and the data is transferred to the delivery service, but not yet picked up at our warehouse. We kindly ask for your patience.
